  Fisrt time ive been here in a while and the service has got alot better (morning atleast). And they got my order right.

  Cashier was extremely confused. These are the greasiest tacos I've ever seen!!!!! Brown grease at that! They taste HORRIBLE! OMG we can't even chew them!

  Worst service in my life!! I walked in with two other people and we were looking at the menu when the manager peered around the corner and rudely said just so you know its gonna be awhile for your order because we have alot of orders for the drive thru. We hadnt even placed our order yet! The place was fully staffed and had like 3 cars in the drive thru with no one in the restuarant period. It was obvious we weren't wanted there. When we comented about the bad customer service from manager before we'd even placed an order another employee began making snarky comments at us. Its obvious every one here despises their job and customers. One even said it loudly, "this place sucks!" and i agree.

  Attendee was confused on the order, 2 #2 meal combos, 1order onion rings too expensive $19 plus, wow! Then gave me an extra special burger, told him if he was sure because of the price, kinda steep for 2 meal combos? Then got home the onion rings were burnt. The burgers had mayo which I specifically told him "no mayo" I call that a disaster meal. No more JIB for me.

  I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews, but, I do care about leaving truthful reviews. My last couple of experiences here have been, well...just really unbelievably bad. I will just write about my most recent visit. The food was unedible. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I received a petrified piece of meat between two buns that I could not bite through. No lie. The fries were old and cold. In my earlier years, if i was on my lunch break and starving I would eat just about anything served to me even if i wasn't happy with it...But this, NEVER! The staff, well, young, unsupervised and uncaring. The location is convenient. But there is hope... a rockin' management team, better training, and caring employees.
