  Drive through lady was very nice. Breakfast croissant was not hot and the cheese was not melted. But other trips here have been positive.

  Bad food bad service this place is the worst jack in the box around. Not only did we have to wait 10 mins for our order, but the drive through person actually asked if "we wanted our change"..WHAT?! IM PRETTY SURE ANYONE WITH A BRAIN knows the answer to that question. AVOiD at all costs.

  Service is always friendly but they gave me a Jr jumbo jack with everything but the meat!!?? I called to let them know they offered me another one but I was too tired to drive back just wanted to know if they ran out of meat.

  Jack's is going to be Jack's. You come for the tacos, Jumbo Jack's and milk shakes. Definitely a good place with lots of options for breakfast, lunch or dinner at any time of day. Prices have been creeping up though, breakfast jack and jumbo jack prices are out of control for what you get. The curly fries and bacon cheddar wedges are good but the regular fries are meh. I would rather two tacos in the side instead of French fries. Lots of options though.

  I stopped at this JITB one night after class, there was a long line in the drive thru. It didn't take long to get through the line. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The area outside the restaurant is sketchy. I noticed a number of transients outside and around the building. They didn't seem to be bothering patrons, but it makes the area seem a bit scary.
