::First time coming to a Jack in the box. And it’s nasty and every table has trash on it. The tables that are “clean” are sticky. And the pop machine is more than 50% out of flavors and what there is to drink is all carbonated no flavor. Won’t be back to another jack in the box. Can’t give it a zero stars or I would.

::The customer service is inadequate and the food is not good. The jumbo Jack I ordered was undesirable. The worker taking the order is asking questions from the drive thru instead of walking to the counter to assist me. NON CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE BROAD WITH THE SHORT BLONDIE HAIR WORKING BREAKFAST AT THE S. GRAVOIS LOCATION!!

::This has to be the slowest Jack in the Box I have ever been to. Been waiting over 30 min for a burger and tacos. It is not busy at all and the staff was rude when I asked what was taking so long. Needless to say I’m never coming to this establishment again

::Ordered a chocolate shake in the drive thru. When I arrived at the window I was informed that the shake machine was broken. I changed my order and handed over my card. When I got the receipt I was still charged for the chocolate shake, even though my order had been changed prior to paying. The employees proceeded to have an argument as to how to issue a refund (with the window open). They ended up giving me $1.20 back in cash, but the whole hassle could have easily been avoided and I left feeling guilty for wanting a refund even though I was not at fault. Can't say I will return in the future.
