::If I could I would give it no stars. Horrible customer service, asked for hot sauce and didn’t get none didn’t bother to put napkins in the bag either. My fries were really cold and stale as well even though I asked for fresh fries. Owners should really look into improving quality and service. It is not the first time I’ve had an issue here.

::Dine with my daughter are always special bit i made a big mistake coming to this location. It’s being managed by teenagers and dining area looks horrible. They close at 10pm but they close the doors to dine in at 8:30pm due to that they do not want to attend people in the dinning area. I was able to get access at 9pm due to one of them going out for a cigarette. Once the cashier noticed i was inside the dining area her attitude towards me and my daughter was horrible. Not sure who is really in charge at this location but it needs a lot of work.

::This place is the closest to my office but will take my entire 30 min lunch to go through the drive thru AFTER the lunch rush.. You have to ask for help once you get to the order screen. Half the time they don't have ranch, but won't tell you when you order things such as chicken strips. Have ordered the bacon ultimate twice and neither came with bacon... I continue to disappoint myself because I'm hungry. Just sending the warning to other hungry consumers! Sorry Jack.

::This store advertises that it opens at 6:00 AM. Don't believe it !! I sat in line at the order menu from 5:55 till 6:10... I called the store... no answer. Gave up and drove through the drive up lane. On my way out I saw employees sitting together in the dining room. This is a fast food restaurant! Your supposed to get food fast ! And if your going to advertise that you open at 6:AM... you should be open ... and ready to serve at 6:00 AM. I was late to work and hungry !! Not a good way to start the day !!
