  Horrible is an understatement. We had to get keys to use the bathroom, usually a bad sign. Then we order, that was chaotic as ever. I just dofnt what the bread. Geeze. Then we wait..... in the meantime we are entertained/flabbergasted. A lady comes in with several children who are under dressed. By underdressed, I mean on the underwear only. She gets the key for the batheoom, where she locks her three dogs in it so she can eat inside. Got our order, it was wrong and frozen chicken nuggets.

  Every time i use this jack in the box they only get half my order correct... I ordered a sourdough jack for my sister and it was only the patty no condiments on it.. Then i. Proceeded to order 3 churros and i had to go back threw the drive threw just to retrieve my other half of the order

  I love Jack. Grew up on it in all stages of my life. But I have to say I was disappointed in the pork belly sandwich.. although it tasted very good, it was very small, not enough pork and way too much bread. I will not be ordering that again and probably will not even try the other 2 truck sandwiches because of my experience with the pork belly sandwich.

  Easy order, taco's easy lettuce. And they messed this up more then once. The phone number listed goes to a fax. Every disappointed. I work across the street. It's not like I can go back at the time to have them re-do the order.
