The food is amazing and the staff will talk anyone up. Brian is one of, if not the hardest working employees there, look for the short guy dressed in all black with a backwards ball cap! The pancakes have a consistency unlike any other I've ever had, and it may have ruined all other pancakes for me! Also they have the best grist you will ever have, hands down. Definitely come check them out!

Hip, fresh, delicious!! Most items have gluten free or vegan options. Great coffee, designer teas and a seat yourself atmosphere. Very hipster in vibe and local favorite in location. It was a great breakfast option for us as travelers who LOVE a local haunt with flair!

Found the location off a Google suggestion, and after reading the menu online, I was interested in giving it a try. To my surprise the descriptions were the best thing. They didn't have a menu item that I lead me to even try Jack Flaps. I was underwhelmed with the service and the overall taste of the Original Pancakes and the Flavored ones as well. In all, I gave it an honest try, but wont be back.

The burrito was amazing. A nice kick and all of the flavors mix together perfectly. Some homemade hot sauce makes it even better. The lemon curd pancakes we're heavenly and the cinnamon syrup was the perfect compliment. On top of that the service was great too, the guys were very friendly and made sure that we were happy!

Went on a sunday during brunch time and was seated quickly even with limited seating. Seating is family-style, where you may sit next to a stranger but it was fine. Service was great-attentive and kind. My food was pretty good too but i wish there was more meat. There was just a thin layer in the center of the burrito. Overall, pretty decent.
