  It was time to finally get the wife a new car. Kids were getting bigger and there was one more that was on the way so essentially having a 2003 Audi A4 as a family car was not practical at all. Decided to give the new Volkswagen atlas a shot and that was when my wife and I met Kevin. He was our salesman and I have to admit, he’s a pretty good one. Kevin was the complete opposite of that stereo typical salesman that everyone always talks about how you get ripped off and just basically tells you what you want to hear just to make a quick sale. From the first test drive till us signing papers, Kevin explained and went through every part of the car buying process step by step. My wife loves her new white atlas premium and loves to show it off to the neighbors. I recommend anyone who’s in the market for a car to go see Kevin!

  Went in with a budget set in mind and a possibility of what I wanted which was a Tiguan. Jason made it happen not only did he get manage to give us a good deal, he made it happen with all perks I wanted in it. I highly recommend this place everyone was kind and straight to the point. No gimmicks. Jason rocks, make sure you ask for him !

  So far a good experience. And after you get delivery of your vehicle, it's all downhill from there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst car buying experience of my life. Worst customer service ever, worst service department ever, the service department manager for Volkswagen is a liar, the man never kept his word. I bought a car from them the end of July last year, a week after delivery I noticed the car was smoking from the exhaust. To make a long story short, it took them five months to resolve that problem. There were other problems they didn't even address, so of course I'll have to fix them myself. The car has spent so much time in the shop, to date I've only put about 2500 miles on the vehicle since it was delivered to me. The car is currently in the shop for a check engine light that the mechanic believes is from the work that was performed at JACK DANIELS MOTORS SERVICES CENTER. And of course JACK DANIELS MANAGEMENT, will not help to resolve this issue. Again I will have to fix out of my own pocket. I am certainly having buyers remorse. If JACK DANIELS MOTORS was any good they could've made this right. At one point early on they were suggesting to give me a different vehicle, but when i agreed, they then changed their mind and decided to fix the vehicle they sold me. What a nightmare. I tried to report them to the better BBB, which I then found out that they have no accreditation with the BBB. the BBB did tell that in a two year span they had received 36 major complaints from customers against JACK DANIELS MOTORS. I would never buy another vehicle from JACK DANIELS MOTORS. I also would not recommend buying from JACK DANIELS MOTORS. I will tell everyone I can to stay away from JACK DANIELS MOTORS. I hope this information helps someone make a informed decision when buying their next vehicle.

  Horrible experience here. Went in on a Monday to purchase a car for our daughter for her birthday on Thursday. Elvis our salesman was good he worked with us on a price and we signed a contract being told we had to leave an extra $1000 for specialty tires on the floor model we purchased- was also told if we broke the contract we would lose the money. Well we went back on Wed night as we said we would be there and the finance guy had nothing ready for us. As we were there for over 3 hrs basically being screwed around we were told our payment would go up over $100 per month! We have purchased many cars from dealers and the financial part of it was ALWAYS done before signing the contract as we were lead to believe! Very deceiving of them!!! So in the end we were ready to walk out as bad as I felt about not having a car for my daughter the next morning- my husband yes my husband told the finance guy we were approved through our credit card company to finance the car. The finance guy "called" the company and said we were approved so we signed the contract in the end- well it gets better- so we FINALLY take the car home then get a letter 10 days later from an entirely different finance company saying they are financing us! Never signed the contract to agree to that! Finance guy definitely had his head up his a..!!! If it wasn't for my daughter we would have NEVER bought this car there and will NEVER buy again from there! And I'm being nice not mentioning the finance guy's name- he should be embarrassed!

  Had a great time over at Jack Daniel's. I came hoping to see what was available but didn't expect to leave with a new car that day. Ricky helped us big time as well at Justin. They both worked hard to get us a deal that would let us drive off in a new car that day! Awesome service, awesome vehicle!
