  I never went there. The truck I was interested in a test drive and possibly purchasing it was sold the night before. No one called me up to let me know this. Because of this I didn't go out to their dealership!

  Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. My salesman Richard Johnson was great. Took care of all my needs and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase in all aspects. Will definitely go back, and highly recommend you see Richard Johnson when you go to Jack Daniels Audi in Saddle River NJ.

  I recently came in looking to lease a Q5. I worked with Pete Polombo & Keith . They worked tirelessly with my husband & I trying to get the best deal for us. They were 2 of the nicest people we ever met. Pete patiently answered all of our questions. He actually made looking or a new car enjoyable & we feel we now have made a new friend!

  I saw nice reviews about this place so I went having a good impression. When I walked in, the place also seemed decent. However, when I walked in, I greeted one "client server" with a bright smile and a hello, how are you. They all looked at me and then walked away and ignored me as if I'm not a costumer. I was genuinely interested in buying a car and asked the front desk person if I could have someone show me around. She rudely replied, "If you don't have an appointment, you can't see anyone." I've never felt this unwelcomed at other places. Their service definitely does not match their high rating.
