  They have no experience with Caucasian hair and he had no idea how to even properly brush my long hair. He kept forming knots and tearing my hair so I had to do it myself. He even had the nerve to try and blame me, saying that I should just let him cut it off. They were very unprofessional and the boss Jason told my Chinese friend that I needed to give them a bigger tip, despite my terrible experience. This place heavily caters to a Chinese only audience, so don't expect equal treatment

  Worst experience of my life they are not experienced with Caucasian hair so beware Went in for single and highlights came out after 6 torturous hours with fried broken hair Completely disappointed and disastrous!! And expensive so essentially paid for them to reak havoc on my hair and scalp!!stay away

  Been going to this place ever since my friend told me about it. Jason(the owner) does such a good job and I always walked out with satisfaction.
