  the J street village bridge passes over the chollas river way which starts near chollas lake reservoir spillway ends at chollas river mouth near harbor shipyards in Logan heights, this "tiny bridge" was once made of wood, but was reconstructed when San Diego trolley began running, the bridge is the only access to the little J street village neighborhood which is surrounded by a freeway on one side and the trolley on another and the chollas drain way, its on secret neighborhood,
