  He found out what was wrong and the repairs were out of his field. Thought that $204 for 30 minutes to only tell us what the problem was was a little much. However , very polite and neat.

  I will definitely put James Rowe Plumbing in my contact list. Jason was prompt and efficient! Plus he went above and beyond when it came to helping me speak with a sales person about the type of fixtures I needed to get. I would have no problem recommending him and James Rowe Plumbing.

  Thank you James Rowe Plumbing. Your servicemen, James and Antonio, were prompt and courteous. They went right to work and did a great job completing the toilet removal and installation. Best of all James and Antonio left the bathroom neat and clean. We have used your services before and will continue to do in the future.   We've been using James Rowe Plumbing for the past 3 years and I cannot recommend them enough. After a terrible experience with Baker Brothers, my husband somehow found James Rowe. The customer service is beyond anything I've experienced with a home services company. They provide service windows that are reasonable for a working person, without having to take off a whole day sitting around waiting. When they say they'll call ahead before they show up, they actually do! Their prices are reasonable. Every person I've dealt with from this company couldn't be nicer. They take time to answer your questions and you never feel like they're put out or in a rush. I highly recommend using them. It feels personal. They treat you like a client rather than just another nameless house on a list they've got to check off before the end of the day.
