  I had a stove delivered and installed, the delivery was very late ,they send these 2 delivery guys who looked like filthy junkies and scratched my stairwell and hallway ,not to mention extremely rude,and after they bring the stove up to my kitchen I had to wait another 30 mnts for "ANOTHER" guy to come and connect stove to gas line..Park slopers save yourself from this nightmare ,SHOP PC RICHARDS,its much cheaper much more professional..

  Amazing place - more than meets the eye / We have bought a microwave and installed above stove 9 years ago still perfect / 2 great ACs They’ve fixed a difficult broken dimmer lamp They fixed my vacuum a few years ago and I still marvel how much better it is !! As dumb as it sounds, I think of them every time I vacuum :) They are honest about prices up front and won’t go over estimate or they call to ask if you want it have it fixed for the quote - Best thing .... brought a Vornado fan back after 9 months ! No box or receipt - it stopped working and the man said “no that shouldn’t have happened even after a few years “- long story short .. he did all the work - first trying to fix it /. Then finding the problem and quoting me the price - then calling vornado even tho I was the one who would have had to do that 1 year manufacturers warranty hassle . he did all the paperwork and mailing In the original cord and talking to them on phone and I got a new fan sent to my house from Vornado- So 9 years being a customer I need to give them a shout out - they do a lot and sell a lot and have great customer service -

  I have been shopping at J & R for 30 years and consider them a neighborhood treasure. Excellent service!

  These guys are amazing! We went online, looked at Home Depot and Lowe's, but these guys knew what air conditioner would work best. They were cheaper and delivered it for free. Installation was very reasonable and we now have a great new air conditioner. It pays to shop local and support indies!

  This place is great! They value your time and offer quality service. They really know how to treat like family. I'm definitely going to shop and use their service again.
