  ZERO STARS - this place is a HOAX - they send unqualified people who speak no English and have no authorized paperwork - the service guy will make up a diagnoses for the repair and charge for the visit and state that he will come back to fix it and never show up or return a call. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
