  The company is located no more than 1/4 mile from me. I call them on a Wednesday for an appraisal for sodding my front lawn. I spoke to a woman who told me John was on the phone, but would do a "drive by" my house and give me an estimate Wednesday or Thursday...great. Both days pass, nothing. i call on Friday, no answer, voice mail box is full, cant even leave a message. Call a few hours later, speak to same woman who tells me "I never said Wednesday/Thursday, I said by the end of the week", she did say Wednesday/Thursday, but ok, I'll let that slide. Being that is was Friday, I said ok....so then today? She mentioned John works Saturdays too. So I waited Friday and Saturday nothing.....it is now the following Wednesday night....not a call, no "drive by" as far as I know. I will NOT be using them, and you shouldn't either. Horrible customer service.

  Wow, if there ever was a more POORLY RUN business this would be on top of the list. They took over a month to give an estimate while making all these promises. And then another month to start a simple job. Only to find out that my property now has poor drainage and the once nutrient dense soil is now damaged and needs to be amended. They simply copy and paste landscape ideas from the local area and then proceed to maintain your landscape with minimal effort and LOW QUALITY products. You should just buy a landscape book, buy and plant the plants themselves and save yourself time, money and the headache. Highly DO NOT Recommend. F-
