  J P Plumbing Corp/Water Mains and Sewers which is affiliated with Joseph Passalacqua, the man in charge, is a corrupt business. This guy got $5000.00 from me for a water main installation and disappeared. In addition to the $5000.00, he asked for a few thousand dollars more without planning to do the work.The address at 217 20 street in Brooklyn, which is written on our contract we signed doesn't exist. A different business occupies that space. A few other locations are linked with J P Plumbing Corp. in Brooklyn, Staten Island and Queens, but all of them are fake. Requests from BBB, Home Advisor, etc to come forward for explanation were unanswered. Stay out of his way if you don't want to loose your money, he is a crook.
