  If you're wanting a simple repair (watch band adjustment in my case, etc.), and it's not a multi thousand dollar item. Go elsewhere! I gave "John" simple instructions to just replace one link with a new one (which I had), and that's ALL I asked. He failed to understand (for some reason) and he ruined the watch Band. While trying to ask that it be done correctly, he said "it's good, it's done". Then walked past me and out the door. These people cater to the affluent, and that's it. My new watch is going to the Salvation Army or a Pawn Shop. I also DID NOT appreciate the attitude and rudeness thrown at me. When I first entered "Mike" said to me "I can tell you smoke - you stink". That was this paying customers "greeting". Never, NEVER again. There are other places who actually care about their work.

  John has created a wedding ring, 30th anniversary ring, and 50th birthday pear diamond necklace for me. All were beautiful with outstanding craftsmanship! Highly recommend his work all the way from sunny Florida. All of this was done via email/cell phone conversations. He truly has a gift.

  Excellent. Between the staff, the beautiful layout, the service, and the CALM as opposed to 5th Ave - it is a pleasure. Top notch professionalism well, what else would you expect. A joy to spend time there. If you're looking for something and you actually want to be taken care of, go here vs midtown. Especially during holiday season.

  I found J Mac Jewelers in Anaheim through my daughter. She and her husband had looked around for an engagement/wedding set for her and found it to be so expensive at the big jewelry places. A friend of hers, Johnny, has a family business and said he'd be happy to create one for her. She emailed pictures of one she wanted to duplicate and Johnny was able to recreate it at almost 1/2 the cost of the other jewelry stores and it's beautiful! She was so happy with the results. Since my husband and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary this year we decided to create something special. John looked at my photos, I went in and was given a wonderful price. So happy with my ring and would recommend J Mac wholeheartedly!
