::Had replacement window made and unfortunately the contractor that was to install them experienced a family emergency in that he could not complete the install within the timeline needed. J&M Glass company would not even consider to install the windows. Abrupt and not supportive. I realize that they did not make or order the windows, however INSTALLATION pays as well. Thank you for confirming my choice not to use J&M Glass Co Inc when I was accepting quotes.
