::I absolutely love this place, aside for having amazing quality cabinets and a very fair price, their customer service is 6 Stars. We had a small situation (which was our fault most likely) and Michael (the customer service rep) instantly said "we'll take care of that right away" even before i had mentioned the issue! If i'd ever call to ask a question (which was a bit often to be honest) Michael would answer the call in under 2-3 rings, i was never put on hold. This type of customer service is almost non existent. Aside for Michael, i have to thank Angel. She truly lives up to her name! She helped guide me to make sure i didn't make careless mistakes and had the best use of my space. I absolutely love J&K. I will be back to do my mother's kitchen in about a month or so! Keep up the great work :)

::BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK I decided to go with J&K because we love the quality and price one of our friends got for these cabinets 3 years ago. Unfortunately, fast forward 3 years and apparently their quality has gone down hill. We should have taken more recent reviews we read into consideration. We purchased the cabinets from the same retailer as our friend and had great service from them. Unfortunately, J&K the cabinet manufacturer was a completely different story. See sampling of my pictures which speaks for itself. When we opened our shipment, we immediately notices cracked wood and visible staples on the cabinets. Becoming super paranoid on the quality, we inspected every cabinet carefully and did not find one acceptable one to keep. We contacted our retailer who contacted J&K. We were intially told that they hired a new assembler who's work was not QA and agreed to send someone out. When I asked the guy that came to our house to take every cabinet back, they tols me some of the cracks inside and under the cabinets and the visible staples where it can easily cut if you accidentally put your hands on it, is normal and there's no way about it. They also said they will only replace items where the front frame was cracked. I refused to take no for an answer and told the J&K lady on the phone (Hanna is her name I believe) that I didn't buy these cabinets at a warehouse sale with imperfections. These are brand new cabinets I purchased and I do expect them to look new and undamaged. After many hours on the phone with all my cabinets now on my lawn for the guy to take back and insisting they take it all back and give me new cabinets, their driver told me that I should just return these because he knows I won't be happy with them even with a second batch because he's seen first hand that they are poor quality and have had to many homes to replace doors etc. Unfortunately, when I asked for returning these, it was not an option as I would have to pay restocking fee since our retailer already paid them. My only option was to get a new shipment. Unfortunately my retailer told me in order for me to ensure quality, they told me I had to go to their warehouse to inspect each one before taking them as they will not redeliver a thire time if I see issues. With no other option, I begrudgingly agreed to do that since I don't want another shipment I have to return. I spent almost half a day at their warehouse which is about 2 hours from me inspecting each piece, rejecting items and waiting for new ones to be built or fixed on the spot. I couldnt believe they have no QA process in place as I was their QA person for my own cabinets. I tried asking another lady who came in to exchange can door if she has any issues with her cabinets and one of the ladies got really defensive and said I was not allowed to talk to her customer, likely afraid I was going to spread bad words about their quality. When my electrician tried to cut a hole on one of the doors for an outlet on the island, the wood was so cheap it cracked immediately. I was told I had to pay for that by my retailer but got the retailer to not charge me because the countertop they did for me also had some minor issues. When I was finally done, I come to few of the doors were warped and didn't close evenly. J&K did replace the one door I took back to them but I had to go show them the door as my picture of the warped door was not good enough. Few weeks after my kitchen was done, I noticed three of my 36 inch drawers' sliders were not sliding smoothly. Upon inspecting them, I noticed the gliders were not fully attached or have came off. Thinking they would honor their one year warranty, which is no longer on their website now for some reason, I contacted our retailer to ask them to come out to fix it since we didn't want to fix and crack the wood given their cheep wood crack so easily, and we didn't want to be blamed for causing further damages. J&K refused to repair and won't stand by their warranty. buyer beware, buy at your own risk.

::DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The cabinets are not great quality the customer service is horrible. We special ordered very expensive custom panels for our appliances six months ago. They can not tell us where they are or when we will get them. They come from china! When you call to find out where they are they say they will find out and get back to you and they never do. What kind of a business is this? They won't even refund our money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!
