  I am a small Design Firm in NJ. I had Cabinets delivered for a client buy this service. I was told that they would give me a window of time the evening before which is normal and customary for most freight companies. I did not receive a call and reached out to them at 8am on day of delivery. The rude man that answered my call told me they most certainly did call me and they have a automative service that informs them that the call was made and gave me a time that they supposedly left the message. First of all the arrogance of the man was enough to have me never refer this company. Second his tone of voice that he gave to my assistant and him suggesting that I was a liar is the second reason. I could give a rats ass what your automative system said, NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT and I had no calls from this company what so ever. I wish I was the one on the phone with this man instead of my assistant! I would not have needed to call the morning of to plan my day if this was done. This company needs to learn how to speak to the clients who are paying their bills. RUDE! I however did tip the gentleman who worked hard even though I couldn't understand a damn word he said. And I apologize that I didn't have the $60 I was asked to have at time of delivery for the two days they had to keep my product..... two days not two weeks!!! Really, I would have had it if I was organized that AM with my times the night before. However I had another delivery that was coming 1 hour away at the same time, and needed to scramble to make both happen.....

  They didn"t deliver what they were supposed to deliver and then you can't get them by phone!
