  This is the best nail salon in Ellsworth place. Great manicure/pedicure and the wait time is honest and never longer than what they tell you. My eyebrows look amazing too and the prices are the best! I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice relaxing day.

  Thought I could try a local business but totally disappointed. Not for new customers , existing customers are treated much better... short staff, not friendly, and long wait times.

  My friend bought my a $50 gift certificate for this place. I have always gone and loved it. Then I brought my gift card in and they refused to take it because “I didn’t use it soon enough”. There was no expiration date on the gift certificate so I thought I was okay to use it after a couple of months. To be totally honest, I cried because I was so upset that they refused to take it and I had to call my friend to say that I wasn’t allowed to use it. When I asked for a copy of their terms and conditions for gift certificates, the women continued to yell at me. After my friend arrived and they agreed to use subtract the appropriate amount of the certificate, they mentioned that they would never do my nails or waxing again. I am so upset that my awesome birthday present is ruined all because of this place. Would never ever reccomend if you are looking for an honest local business.
