::JB pools came to do a renovation to my pool and did an awesome job. Chris the owner came down right away and took care of everything. Very knowledgeable and professional. All the ladies in the office were helpful and friendly. I would def recommend to anyone needing pool services!

::We had our pool built by Chris the owner during the busiest times of the season and Chris and his workers were great . His men worked hard form the minute they got their till the time they left my home. The pool was everything I could have possibly dreamed of and two of my friends used Chris after seeing the beautiful job he did at my home. Chris's company also opened my pool and my pool was clear from when he opened it till throughout the summer. I have no complaints. Chris has always called me back when I had questions and is very knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend J & B pools to all my friends and family .

::Do not hire JB pools. They came to my house for a simple opening and left my pool in terrible shape. I had to put more time and work into it because of the damage they did. Called to complain but they didnt want to hear it. Owner is a dirtbag. Wanted me to pay more money for him to come back and finish a job he never did! ridiculious. Total scam artists stay away

::worst pool company I have ever dealt with. 1. we have to keep calling them to get a call back, however when we no longer wanted to use them anymore... they called back immediately. 2. for our pool opening, I specifically asked for a date and time for when the crew would arrive since my husband would like to be present to ask some questions. He took that day off from work. Since the appointment window was in the afternoon, we went out to complete errands and came back well before 1130am and saw that the pools cover had already been taken off. I called them and all they could say was... "well they came early." no apology whatsoever when I specifically told them he took the day off. 3. Then they initially billed me for 2 hrs vacuuming when the guy was only here for 1hr or less (i was home for the vacuuming) so I first I emailed them back as a reply to their email of the invoice. I hear nothing back for 1 week so I call them and I am told "oh, you were home? let me check with the guy." calls me back and says right that was a mistake, it's 1 hr. Shady from the start. 4. Then my pool was algae filled over and over and the owner, Chris Moustouka, claims it is because of my pools paint. It was actually because they never backwashed my filter, although he claims his son did except my husband or I was always home watching the guy NOT do it. 4. we fired them and hired our old company back... lo and behold a crystal blue pool again.

::Owner gave major misdiagnosis of pool system issue which would have cost me thousands. Went with Pool Stars and pro diagnosed problem correctly and fixed for a couple hundred total.
