  ICU flash, GREAT! Customer Service, could improve. He knows what he's talking about and I highly recommend flashing your motorcycle if he offers the service for your particular model. Conversed over the phone and Ivan does come across a little "New York" but i figured that was him. No biggie. Just short delivery. I'm sure he's dealt with his fair share of knuckleheads and doesn't have time for those who may not be interested, weeding out the meek! Stay strong, talk with him, and reap the rewards!

  Had my 2011 Kawasaki Vaquero ECU remapped. Holy cow!! absolutely a different bike. Throttle response is immediate and overall power fells great. Thanks to Ivan Rockland county motorcycle. Had read some past customer testimonials but until I had it done wasn't sure that the changes would be so obvious.

  The staff was great she is friendly and delight full. Ivan was also very nice took care of me right away. I drove to the shop after talking with his secretary . He even took my ecu out and put it back in my bike after he flashed the ECU. He did this while l was up front taking care of paperwork that needed to be filled out. Excellent service. Boy could l tell the difference coming home. I live in Springfield,Ma. Man it was like night and day when I cracked that throttle. Thanks a million Ivan. Another Happy customer Roy Roldan my Kawasaki Voyager is a different bike now.

  Very Rude....ordered a Smog kit with 2 day shipping and a week later it never came. Called him and he Screams " I don't do refunds!!!" and he says its the post offices fault than I find out that he NEVER shipped it in the first place. 9 days later I got a refund. No sorry ....No Opps I screwed up...No nothing. Go elsewhere

  Had Ivan do an ECU re-flash of my 2011 ZX10R and a PCV map. The bike was fast before, but after some exhaust system replacement, Power Commander V, and the flash, I got the monster awake. The bike had noticeably more mid and top end power. Strong and smooth out of the corners. Nice and predictable on the roll-off's. He is a blunt and no-nonsense guy, but that's respectable. Dispense the warm and fuzzy hand holding and you will get an honest deal.
