  Prices are great the staff is good. Place could use some serious upgrades but then again the prices would go up. Great to bring kids

  Movie theater for 2 but don't expect any special effects thrills or digital sounds like AMC theaters.At least the price is right.

  Excellent prices, but there wasn't anyone at the ticket booth, so that was a little strange. Other than that, it's an alright movie theater, great for highschool and college students. Would hope that things could be cleaner in the future.

  It’s a wonderful dirty theater that the entire town fought to have back in town after it closed the first time, but it’s still being neglected and reverting back to the trash can it used to be right before it closed. The tickets are wonderfully cheap, but the entire theater is run by kids, the seats are falling apart and nothing is cleaned the way it should be in the theater itself. Now that Islip has the theater back no one wants to help take care of it, and it’s a real shame. It could be a really popular spot if people in town decided to take a moment to care about something that they fought so hard to have back in the first place.

  In a world of fancy multiplexes offering gourmet food, drinks and overpriced everything. This place is is definitely not one of those - it's small, old and not upscale. But I love the place - where else can you go see the opening of the hottest movie of the moment and still have room to stretch out? Never crowed and not expensive. But if you just want to see a movie. This is the place to go.
