  The Island Subaru team are friendly and professonal. Chris was honest, and bent over backwards to answer every question I had; and did it with an experienced "NO PUSH". John was great too. After dealing with cocky ripoff sales people from big dealers, to shady Craigs list, 10 car lot car dealers for 35 years, the team at Island were a breath of fresh air. Pay the $ and have a peace of mind. With their earned reputation, they'll be around for a long time..

  Walked into Island Subaru after a long day of car shopping at other dealerships. We were greeted by Ramon, smiling & happy to help us, he was a breath of fresh air! (& remember it was the end of the day for us as well as for him). Ramon sat with us in the Outback for quite a while & casually spoke about all the amazing features, no pressure, no annoyance, just talked to us as if we were at a social event. The entire staff was super friendly, not aggressive or pushy at all. We also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Greg, the sales manager, John & Candice in finance. ALL SO FRIENDLY & professional. Even the other sales people on the floor came over to ask if we wanted water or coffee & pizza! Candice explained everything in detail & was so patient with us as we asked her a lot of questions, sometimes the same ones over again. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We are so happy to be first time Subaru owners & love our Outback!

  I had the greatest experience at this dealership with Ramon. The entire staff was very friendly and informative. I appreciated the fact that no one tried to sell us anything. Ramon showed us the vehicle that he informed us about and answered any questions we had. The only con to this experience was that we were told that the vehicle price was one thing, but after we purchased it we found out it was more. However, since there was a bit of confusion about the pricing, they refunded me a $950 check. Much appreciated! I love my 2015 Nissan Rogue! If you're coming to or live on Staten Island, run to Island Subaru & drive away in a great car with great service & a fun staff.

  Service Adviser is James Tripoli. Very courteous, very professional. He answered all my questions firmly and quickly, and with a smile; which put me at ease. The customer lounge is okay; free coffee and cookies (too bad I missed the bagel and cream cheese)and free tv to ward off boredom. I was looking for something about Forester to read, but only found the accessories brochure. But the star on my service trip was James Tripoli. I will not hesitate to come back for service, knowing James is there. Forgot to mention the lady who gave me the appointment. Her name is Abigail. She is very courteous and accommodating. It is a pleasure to deal with her over the phone. She and James Tripoli are an asset to the Island Subaru team!

  From the start Anthony noticed me and came to help me. He was attentive to my particular needs and made me feel like he was really listening to me and cared about what I had to say. This differs from my previous car shopping experience elsewhere. We were able to narrow down the model that was the best fit from my list of desired features and worked within my budget. And he found the perfect used car for me! We were able to come to an agreeable fair price and it all happened smoothly. Anthony Monte was key to my excellent car buying experience. He earned my trust, which is not an easy feat, and I will return to him for my next car.
