  The staff is great and all the therapists are awesome! You’re not just another patient here, they care about you as a person and friend. I had knee replacement surgery recently and went here for my PT and my recovery was great. Highly recommend them!

  Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The therapist are the best. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone that needs physical therapy!!

  Office staff has no common sense. I called on a Wednesday to follow up that they were able to get my workers compensation approval and I was told yes just waiting for your orthopedic office to fax rx and approval over. Made an appt for Saturday and told them I would also follow up with office to make sure they fax what was needed over. Whom ever I was on the phone with stated she would do the same as well. I get to the appt to be told oh we don't have your paperwork we can't see you but you can reschedule and fill out paperwork. Seriously someone should be going through new pt's charts and making sure all paperwork is present. If it's not a phone call should be made to the pt letting them now so the person doesn't waste a trip to the office. Common sense is lacking in office staff. Its true what they say about first impressions and I was not impressed so I am not going back there.
