::Worst Medical Office - this has been our doctor for a few years. We live on the same block. My husband developed a sore throat the night before my son was due to come home from the NICU. They couldn't take a few seconds to swab his throat to ensure us it wasn't Strep. If you can't see your doctor in an emergency situation, then what is the point of having a primary medical doctor?

::I have been dealing with all the doctors in this practice since I was 13 years old and I am now 32. They are a Professional Group of Physicians and are very up front with there patient. I trust these guys with my life.

::Never received a single invoice from them. Never even heard of them until I received a COLLECTION NOTICE for services apparently rendered to my Dad, before his death in December, 2015. The collection notice came TODAY, 12/22/16, sans itemized bill, of course...just a demand for payment. Mail delivery is NOT the issue. My mom is still receiving mail at their address. Gimme a break!

::Medical staff and Doctors are warm and friendly. No complaints about staff. Their problem is whom ever runs the medical Billing. They literally wait till the end of the year in December to clean up bills. This was done twice to me. Last December 2015 I was hit with a large bill and haven't been to the office since January 2015. I paid a portion of it, assuming I'd get a future Bill with a balance left over. I haven't been to the office since and never received any updated paperwork for the balance due or any other notification. Grant it I did forget, but would have paid if I received an updated bill. So December 2016 I get a Collection notice in the mail. I have great credit, so the bill would have been taken care of regardless. But to go into collections for $100 is ridiculous.
