::Roach infested !!!! They know at the office they just don't care ! Roaches in the master bathroom roaches on stove, dish washer & in my fridge!! I clean daily no matter how clean it is i atleast kill20 roaches a day its a crazy non stop thing they crawl n get into everything!!

::Save you money and go else where ! My apartment is roach infested ! I clean my apartment daily not one dish can be left cause there will be roaches I go to the restroom at night and there's roaches My fridge were I have my childrens food has roaches inside and inside , all over the cabinets and on the stove at first it was only at night now it’s all day. They have sent pest control and yes its included in your rent, but does not work at all they have done the "deep treatment" and i see no result. This is beyond nasty cant wait for my lease to be over & just like all my neighbors I will be leaving just in the building I live in 4 people have left should say a lot about the apartments. Price is 750 give or take for a 1 bedroom apartment don’t let the pictures fool you those are model apartments.

::The apartment itself is spacious. They fix things relatively fast. My only issue is that they continue to lock down the pool without letting the tenants know, like hello? It is hot, it is Vegas, we want to swim in the pool.i work all week and promise the kids on the weekend we will go swimming. Today i got me and 3 kids dressed blew up 5 floaties and get to the pool for it to be locked. Call the maintenance line and like always the lady that answers never knows anything thats going on. This isnt the first time smh
