  I was forced to use this company for my house due to a rehab loan. They removed what appeared to be a working a.c. Unit and installed a "new" one. It was Oct 2012. Unit was mfg 11/10. Had issues the 1st year and they wouldn't come in a timely manner had to hire someone else. The next year still no a.c. If your counting we are in year 2. Tech checks unit they installed and proceeds to show me the leak in the radiator. Guess what, I need a new one. I would avoid this company at all costs. We all work hard what we have. I feel they are extremely dishonest.

  I truly recommend Island Controls,. They saved us after hurricane Sandy. They did not take advantage of us on price, They were quick, and professional . I honestly cant say enough.
