  Nicely built and beautiful mosque, beautiful rugs from the shah of iran, any remnants of the shia believers responsible in the foundation of this mosque all gone, sad.

  The biggest and prettiest mosque in DC ! Daily prayers and the best is that the management has sponsored lunch for people after the Friday prayers. Word of advice, parking is difficult since it is DC.

  When u r a Muslim believer,it's a good place to say your prayers... Usually opens at 10am..up until the last prayer at night... Try to learn about Islam.. It keeps you in tune with ur creator ..5 times a day...

  Was greeted very rudely. I wanted information about the religion, prayer and tours and was refused help. The man "in charge" was in the midst of an aggressive fight with another guy which was obviously more important than to serve the few of us here to learn about Islam. I was extremely disappointed in the attitude, which is nothing like it is described on the website. Will never come back.

  Beautiful mosque inside. It has such intricate tiles lined up all over the wall, giving a mosaic around the mosque. I highly recommend a visit, might just be to look inside or a nice break from a long day.
