  Great service. Very friendly and competent staff at front desk and throughout examination. Doctors are welcoming and offer helpful advice during the eye exam.

  Our whole family have been seeing Dr Tien and her wonderful staffs for years st the LensCrafters Irvine Market Place location, and we always got the great professional eye examination services and glasses utilizing the latest technologies. We will definitely be back for our annual eye examination and new eye glasses. :)

  Exam started on time and appeared to be thorough and my questions were answered. It took about an hour. Dr. Do was was very personable and easy to work with.

  Louis was very friendly and helpful. I believe he went above and beyond when it came to a solid customer experience. He was knowledgeable and made my experience of both the eye exam and choosing new glasses very easy. Stellar employee in my eyes.
