::Horrible service, I was turned away and told I needed an appointment. They said they were too busy that day. There were 17 empty chairs and only two other tax payers waiting. I asked to talk to the manager twice. Finally she walked away, came back a few minutes later and said he was busy. I asked if she told him I was waiting. She said no, if I see him, I will let him know. What a joke! I was there trying to help a client obtain documentation she needed to close on her new home. This was a last resort after six weeks of trying to obtain the document online and over the phone. I saw a girl turned away that needed a document for student loans, one person needed to create an EIN number for his business. All frustrated and rudely turned away. I did see her help one person that needed to pay their taxes. So they are there to take your money, not help you! Apparently they do not abide by their own code of ethics. Our tax dollars are being used against us at the IRS!

::Oh my gosh. So rude. They want you money but are so mean. I tried to schedule an appointment just to coroperate with them, figure out how much I owe them total and to pay them. I canât log in online and I canât get a hold of them on the phone so I thought making an appointment to see them in person would work. Oh my gosh! I called the number and got a lady who asked âyou want an appointmentâ I said âyesâ. So she says âyou can figure out your tax refund onlineâ. I say âthatâs not what Iâm calling aboutâ. So she says âexcuse me!â. I say âIâd just like to make an appointment to talk to someone in person to figure out how to pay my 5 years of taxes I didnât payâ. She says âyou can figure that out onlineâ. Like, she basically didnât want me to schedule an appointment no matter what. And she was just so unfriendly. Iâd really like to pay them and stuff but they make it so hard! Even calling and getting thru to someone they just say âgo online and do thisâ and then if you have questions you have to call back and itâs just a mess!!

::I know putting a review won't help but it won't kill them to be a little nicer. I called the number to just get my text statement. The other person can't get my ssn number right and started cussing at me and then hang up

::I have never seen a more useless group of government workers. Thereâs so much I want to say, but I wonât. They operate with complete impunity and donât have to do anything at all...and therâs nothing you can do about it. Employee in cubicle 7....you shouldnât be allowed to work in a position where you can be as passive aggressive as you are...itâs mind boggling....words escape me even though I want to say so much....
