::The office kept calling my daughter because she has to get a dental clean and check and she couldn't because she didn't have insurance. She clearly explain that to the lady that called her to make an appointment. Today my daughter had an appointment at 3:10. She waiting 15 mins and explain everything to the staff and they sent her home. Why couldn't you give told her that when she clearly explained it to the lady that called her to make the appointment ? Wasted her time and made her late for work for no reason. Ridiculously

::The staff is all so nice and always smiling. They make sure to inform you of everything that is going on and the procedures. I've only been one month in and I already see a difference in my smile! So glad I found them and that they are the ones I am going under treatment with. I can already tell it will be pleasant. Definitely will be recommending any and everyone who complains about needing braces!

::Dr.Duong and his staff are wonderful! I like the fact that he gave me different options for my treatment, and answered all my questions. They offered me Invisalign, and different types of braces. They have made my orthodontic experience amazing. And not to mention, they always run on time!

::I highly recommend Dr. Duong for anyone looking for a good orthodontist, I myself had braces at a different practice when I was a teenager but I was never given retainers so eventually my teeth stared to move and I decided two years ago to get braces again. I couldn't be happier with my end results, my teeth look great! I now wear my retainers every night. I had such a wonderful experience that I now bring my son to see Dr. Duong as well. It's only been about two months but his teeth are already looking great! The practice is clean & hours are flexible, also if you make an appointment you will be seen on time as long as you're on time.
