::Chinatown can get a little touristy, but it is really well-located with Metro access, so I find myself there a lot. When I do, I prefer Iron horse. Solid beer selection and a lot of different areas so a couple or a large croup can find a place to feel comfortable. Accommodating staff too - I asked to watch a DC United game with a friend of mine and they set us up with a TV & sound in basically our own private room.

::This place has been a staple of me and my friend for a few years now. It is literally your quintessential dive bar with the upstairs and downstairs. The drinks are good and prices are a okay the vibe in this place is really chill there's no stuck up-ness or any douche bagger at all everyone is there to have a good time. I would definitely recommend if you want to go to a quick dive bar near the Chinatown area you won't be disappointed with Iron Horse.

::Great and exciting atmosphere. Not as much selection for craft beers but their game selection is varied and fun for all. You have to try the AMC walking dead game if you’re there!

::Came here before a Caps game for a beer. The beer was pretty good. No seating and no food that I could see. Looked like there were only 2 TVs at the bar. Don't think I'd come back again just because it's not my scene.

::This is a great dive bar about a block or so away from the Capital One Arena. It's a great pit stop before or after a game/show/event. They have a great beer selection and a really nice open bar area. I especially liked the bathroom - patrons would write on the walls and it was a very interesting read. I recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.
