  The cap was small on me from day 1. I made my cap size bigger and now my sheitel looks bumpy and weird on top and when I called they said I might have to pay more for their mistake. The customer service is poor as well they told me a week and it took more to get my wig done. Do not recommend them or their wigs

  Got an irene wig .its beautiful and full.love it! Would highly recommend

  I had a wonderful experience shopping in irene Wigs. The customer service is top notch. I spent lots of time trying different Wigs on and was helped patiently until i left the store with one I knew I felt comfortable in. Prices are reasonable. Much recommended!

  If I can give no stars I would. Made me pay for "treatment" on my wig after bringing it to them for knots and hair that was falling out and they didn't tell me this up front mind you, and it lasted for ONE day. Bunch of liars and crooks who should be shut down ASAP. You may as well throw your money into one of those waterfalls at the mall bc you don't get anything for your money at Irene's stupid wig place. In 2 words- STAY AWAY

  The owner is a liar and a crook. His generic standard responses when arguing/discussing with a customer are laughable. Stay far away from Irene's wigs and their "authorized dealers" if you value your hard earned money. I purchase a wig for my wife for $1200 from one of their "authorized dealers". I am pretty positive that it was used and damaged and they tried to clean it up to make it look good and pawn it of to an unsuspecting customer. After a little we realized it was a defective product and contacted the "authorized dealer" she made it like it wasn't her problem and told us to send it back to the manufacturer (Irene). We sent it back, they would not add hair, replace the wig, give us our money back, they would only do keratin treatment on it witch was maybe a 2 week band aid. We sent it back again saying that this treatment did nothing for the wig and they said sorry they can t do anything else about it. To cap this story in short we got robbed $1200 from this company.
