  Wanting to avoid surgery for a torn meniscus I thought I would try acupuncture. I feel this treatment for my knee has been incredible. I am no longer limping, I feel like a miracle has occurred. But more important in the treatment of my knee is that Ira Wahrman goes out of his way to make people feel comfortable with his treatments. His care and concern to treat the whole person is a lesson that should be learned by Western medicine. I would recommend him to everyone I know!

  My wife has been going to Ira for back pain and the treatments have been very helpful. Her pain is less and she is feeling better overall. He is very knowledgeable in his treatments and how it affects other systems within the body as well. Judy thinks so highly of him that I am starting to see him as well!

  I started to see Ira more than 2 months ago and it truly has been an AMAZING! experience. I came to him via recommendation for my mid and cervical spine pain. I was a bit apprehensive since it was my first time getting acupuncture but he calmed my nerves by explaining everything and also taking his time to make sure I was comfortable. My pain has reduced significantly and I feel so much better. He has also been working with my digestion which I had no clue could be treated with acupuncture and in all the years I am finally feeling relief. I recently started to get wrist pain which I have been getting treated also by Ira and it truly has been such a relief that he can manage the pain and help me reduce the pain. Slowly I feel like I am getting back to the pain free me! I swear it's almost like Voodoo magic especially since I was a skeptic. Acupuncture with Ira has helped my pain, helped with my digestion and also with my anxiety. I am so grateful and truly amazed with his treatment. I highly recommend him for anyone with pain, digestion or even just if you need something to bring you a bit more balance in your life.

  I have chronic lower back pain. The pain was indescribable and debilitating. I tried anything and everything but nothing would give me relief. Then I met Ira. After only a few sessions I noticed a difference. Ira is incredibly smart & knowledgable. It amazes me how he is always coming up with new ideas to help me with my pain. No matter what other ailments I throw at him he always makes me feel better. Ira truly cares about his patients. He's very patient, professional, listens to you and always makes you feel comfortable. He's the best!!! I highly recommend Ira because he has changed my life and I couldn't be more grateful to him!!

  I suffered from neck, back, and shoulder pain for months. It was so bad that my right arm started to go numb. I tried everything to alleviate my discomfort, but nothing helped. A very good friend of mine suggested that I go and see Ira, and I'm so glad that I did. After three sessions my pain was gone. He is the best! Highly recommended, and extremely professional!
