  DO NOT go to this place for business. Dealt with Patricia, the managing officer. I created a 1031 for a sold property in order to transfer funds into another property. I paid $1000 for the service!! I was never explained the situation and later found out that I had to purchase a property that was worth more then my sold one, this is all AFTER all of the deals were done. I filed my taxes and got this great surprise of a huge tax bill. Called Patricia and her crew that were super friendly collecting my $1000, now were ignoring my calls and would not talk to me. Major scam artist game. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
