John at IPT was great!!! They did an excellent job on my 4EAT. Got my transmission done exactly when he said he would. My 2005 WRX now has very firm positive shifts. Feels a lot like a manual only no clutching required, sweet! Thanks IPT

Nothing but good experience here!! Awesome product and great quality, I beat the nuts off of my trans and have had no problems. . A word of advice to people that are having things installed for them, make sure the person installing them knows what the hell their doing!! Installers are quick to point the finger at the builder when something goes wrong, So make sure you have a qualified installer that can get the job done correctly otherwise it turns into a finger-pointing game.

Had my Subaru 4EAT shipped to them for a full performance package. Had to ship it back to them twice more and they never did get it right. Worthless support from this company and a huge waste of money. Would do zero stars if Google let me.

Terrible. Do not use this company. I had them build a Seat5 for my 05 subaru xt. It took 4 months. I send them my tranny to build. My shop had to ship it back to them twice and they had to ship out defective or improperly installed parts 3 times. My shop had to pull and reinstall the tranny 3 times. John would not answer his phone or email in a timely manner. I am stuck with a $7000 lemon. It causes problems with the 4x4 system and does not shift well. My shop tried everything to get it fixed right. IPT had responses like they had to go to an inferior part, broken wires on the rebuild, not replacing sensors, no build sheet. They finally paid my shop for the extra work $1000 when they asked for more. I got nothing from them. I asked for a partial refund so I could take it to a local shop to see if they could fix it. They refused to answer me. NOTHING. BAD PRODUCT, CUSTOMER SERVICE.
