The vibe there is relaxed, everyone from the front desk to assistants are helpful, kind and add to the overall experience. I'd definitely recommend going to ION and make sure to check out Colin!!

::My fav salon in Soho. Everyone is cool, laid back and friendly. The products they use are natural and good for you and the environment. They really know what they are doing here. The best salon vibe that is expensive but well worth it.

::I came to ION studio for the first time this week. It is very welcoming and a nice space. The staff were friendly and it is easy to get to. I personally came in to see stylist Tommy. I have been getting my hair cut by Tommy for about 15 years and will not let anyone else touch my hair. Thank you again Tommy for a great cut and thank you ION for a great experience.

::I absolutely love Ion Studio. I see the owner Leo for my cuts, which I have grown out for 6+ months at times with no complaints. I have also seen two different colorists for highlights and both were amazing and the color was great growing out. That's why we pay these guys the big bucks. We shell out the money (and shell out the time -- because balayage takes time) and for the following several months, everything is just easier, no muss no fuss. Also, being at this place is completely painless. It's gorgeous and full of light and the people are WONDERFUL. Indeed, most of the clients are on the glamorous and well-heeled end of the spectrum, but nevertheless, no one batted an eye when I waddled in there for the first time seven months pregnant, wearing sneakers and god knows what else, and totally exhausted. For that, I thank them. Love you, Ion!
