  These are not Housing Authority Apts. They are near Sunnyside High School and not the safest place. They come with washer and dryer. It's all old and disabled people (like my son). It's quiet most of the time. Quick access to many different stores and restaurants.

  These are housing authority apts. Look newly refurbished. Washer/Dryer included. Very quiet. Single level units up front. 2 story buildings in back of complex. NO OFFICE
