This place deserves 5 stars because the manager Shawna keeps the building & rooms clean. She also makes sure her guest are safe. Shawna is very professional & keeps everything well serviced. She has a tremendous staff as well.

The pipes busted the weekend of Christmas, and there hasn’t been hot water going over a week now. They say don’t know when it will be back on. And they’re having issues getting the part(s) that they need. They refuse to give discounts for the inconvenience. Or as they stated, “Unfortunately we can not offer any discount.” People don’t pay to live here to not have access to hot water. The least they could do is to give an accommodation, but they don’t care about the people staying here. If I was financially able to leave right now, I would.

I wasn't all that excited about the place because it was too small for me. Shawna, the manager was very friendly and nice. On Wednesday the housekeeper was to come in to clean. I was concerned about who would be entering my room. My stay is a week and i have valuables. Irma was the housekeeper. She came just as i was leaving. I was extremely impressed with her. This lady has been at this location for 16 years. What a wonderful person. Of course she was on top of her job. A pleasure to converse with we must have talked 10 minutes. I don't know if anyone in management will read this, but if you do CLONE HER. Thanks for having such wonderful employees.
