  They come to the origination house, pack everything, and put the boxes, furniture, and other items in crates while you watch and take them to be shipped. At the receiving end, they open the crates, bring the items into the house, unwrap and unpack, and haul the packing material away. The only thing not in the fixed upfront price are the duties and customs fees for coming into the country. 4 weeks total from door to door US to Costa Rica. Good explanations of the process, costs, and times. Good coordination and communication. Polite and professional the whole way. Highly recommend and would use them again.

  Great company ..easy move from beginning to end . My salesperson Hillary guided me every step of the way and made a very stressful situation very pleasant. Jeanine answered all my emails quickly. No other place I called for quotes gave me all the information Hillary provided. I highly recommend International Sea and Air shipping to anyone moving overseas, and when you call ask for Hillary!

  Really excellent experience. We shopped around for quotes and found International Sea and Air to be very competitive. They handled our move professionally at all stages, and were always happy to respond helpfully to our questions. The move itself went well, their packing crew worked extremely hard, and well into the evening to get everything done in a day. Our container was tracked all the way to the destination, where it was delivered and unpacked with equal care. What more can you ask for? Brilliant!
