  I got to the optical. Found parking on the back of the business and entrance. Mandy assisted me with my broken glasses. Got it solved. "High Five." Great selection of Designer glasses.

  My family and I have been patients of Dr Millares for many years. I think she's wonderful, but recently the office staff has taken a turn for the worse. I scheduled my eye appointment for March 12th in January. I was coming from abroad and wanted to fit in a check up in the very little time that I was spending in Miami. A few days before February 12th I was called to confirm my appoint for February 12th. I clearly stated that I had made my appointment for March 12th, and I was told that it was corrected in their system (spoke with a gentleman). I was not called again. When I arrived at my appointment on March 12th, after having had driven from West Kendall and being pressed for time, someone else had been scheduled for my 9:20 AM appointment time. I was the first one in the office. Dr. Millares was half an hour late. The office assistant told me that my appointment was never confirmed, when they had clearly messed up scheduling my appointment twice. The other patient was seen before me (even after I said I was pressed for time). I had to leave as the office staff seemed unwilling to honor my appointment time or care for my situation. I had never had a bad experience here but I was very disappointment to be treated this way after so much planning ahead of time and travel time to see Dr. Millares. I still think Dr. Millares is awesome but be prepared to deal with incompetent office staff to see her.

  Awesome place with large selection of great quality products. Staff is very helpful and always a positive experience when I go.

  Great selection of glasses and awesome staff. Very welcoming and helpful when browsing. Only good things to say about International Opticians!

  Great selection of sunglasses with a positive family environment that always makes me and my kids feel welcome. Wish I could give me it more than 5 stars!!!
