  My son just returned to karate after trying it years ago. When he said he wanted to try again I asked him if he wanted to go speak to Sensei Adel. He replied where else would I go? Yes Mom I want to go speak to him. During the time he left and came back Sensei Adel still checked in with me from time to time to see how he was doing. When my son came back Sensei Adel welcomed him back with a big smile. Sensei Adel as well as the other Sensei there are amazing teachers. Their patience and respect to the students is amazing. As a mom it was no question where I was going to have my son go to learn this art when he was ready to go back. I would highly recommend Adel for anyone who is looking for a teacher to learn all aspects of karate.

  My son has joined Adel International Karate six months ago and he absolutely loves it. The teachers are very patient and great. It is a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their here.

  Karate Adel My son joined Adel and his staff in Oceanside in 2014. He currently attends two times per week and never misses a class. Adel and his staff welcomed him to the dojo and continue to support him and his learning style. He is a successful Brown Belt and is confident physically and emotionally. Adel's structured and friendly environment teaches respect, kindness and physical and emotional fitness. Big thumbs up to our Karate family! Thank you for always encouraging the kids and adults in our Oceanside community.

  All the instructors are highly qualified, knowledgeable and nice . My children loved attending classes and watching them grow, become stronger and more disciplined inspired me to take adult classes and fitness classes. I love taking classes at Adel's karate school and the sense of family and community it brings.

  Excellent karate school! All levels welcome, convenient flexible schedule, and fitness classes offered as well. All instructors are knowledgeable and professional while maintaining a friendly atmosphere and the owner will treat you like family. I have been bringing my son here for years and he loves it. I am very happy with both the children's and adult classes.
