  The furniture store called in to be at my home from 2 to 4pm. They didn't come in until 5:30pm. Other than that the saleslady and the delivery guys were nice.

  买了一个月不到的床垫就凹陷了,打电话交涉还理直气壮的说处理不了。质量差,服务差。
