  We had a great experience at this office. the staff were courteous, they did all the verification required, submitted our tax returns plus explained how the ITIN process would proceed and the duration it would take.... We were out in about 20mins

  Can get forms, print outs, booklets to know what taxes to pay. Like for me being a self-employed delivery driver that's important to know how to file and when. Like you have to pay 15.3% for social security and medicare, then 12.4% for federal, and self employment insurance, 27.7% total quarterly. Its easier to pay estimated taxes weekly online at IRS.gov. then with mileage and write offs you will get around 10% of that back for a return of the 27%

  Worst experience ever. I had an appointment 08-04-17at 10 am and the IRS representative I got is middle eastern he was no help at all. I have DACA and therefore im exempted from the healthcare penalty. However this man called another older African American representative woman which together where questioning me and saying im not exempted they even made me take Substancial Precense Test. Which in my case is irrelevant. Obviously they are not well educated. I hope people don't pay the price for they're ignorance.

  I was pretty nervous about my visit after reading all the bad reviews. However I had a very positive experience at this location. I went there with a 1 pm appointment on 2/28/2017. I reached 15 min prior to my time. The guy at welcome desk was courteous. He asked about the appointment and promptly assigned an officer. The officer who worked with us was very helpful, explained everything in relation to our visit and what to expect next. We were out of the building within 10 minutes.
