::If you have a general question, just call the number; the people in the office won't give you the time of day.

::Horrible customer service at this office!!!! When my husband went in this morning to ask a simple question they didn't even let him finish speaking, constantly interupted him and said that he needed an appointment. They snickererd among themselves and asked the "guard" why he even let him in. Then they gave him a number to call. I understand he needed an appointment but they didnt have to be so rude and condescending. If you can get your question answered over the phone do so. My husband only went in because it was on the way. These people act like they are doing you a favor by acknowledging you. I just added a photo of the number and info they gave my husband in order to avoid anyone else the humiliation he went through.

::Everytime I have ever had to go to this office it has been an experience to remember. Worst customer service ever. The black lady yells at people and is extremely rude, and forgive you if you have to ask her a question cause I'm sure you are going make her made for asking a question. The poor lady in the back actually working on your taxes is getting unprofessional phone calls from her supervisor while she trying to assist customers. Her boss is calling to question about her potty breaks. This has happen on a few occasions that I witnessed. If you have to go, go early and pack a lunch. They will kick everyone out at lunch time and make everyone start the waiting process all over again. Bottom line GOOD LUCK and my God have mercy on your soul.
