  I came here when there was supposed to be a snow storm however wasn’t really a storm more like rain/snow, anyway I came and they where closed and the worst part; they informed no one that they would be closed, not even the IRS appointment center not even google knew. I would of expected a call or something. It’s says open and they are closed. Unreal how unprofessional this location is.

  I have appt tomorrow at this office and yes I gave it 1 star before I go because this is a federal office and the only way to get there is by car, there's no bus route close by. What kind of government office does not have public transportation close by? This is not a rural area.... It's a small office maybe about 6 cubes if I counted correctly. You called on your appt- I was called 10 mins after my time just in and out very friendly office and helpful. If you go when it's so busy then there may be a longer wait but shouldn't be that long because of how small the office is. I added 2 more stars because of no buses close by

  Security guy such a nice and educated man,..the other one inside,a Short White Fat Ass Man kind of racist,I didn't understand a couples words he was saying and he started to get mad,and then again and again...THEY SHOUD HAVE PEOPLE WITH VOCATION..the place sucks,..I strongly recommend Newark.

  MUST make appoint ahead of time. I still had a very long wait. The security guard was the nicest one I've ever seen. The people there were friendly. Just young have to wait for ever.

  In and out in 20min. The security in front was such a nice and warm person. Kudos to the whole team! A little confusing to find the right building coz there was no IRS sign in front. Its the building named "Kalisa Park", on the right with the large parking lot full of cars.
