  Had an amazing stay. It’s a little old, but that adds to the charm. Very well maintained and has an exceptional staff. Guest room was very clean. Restraint experience was excellent.

  性价比无敌了。就想问，你还能在三藩市找到房价一两百的四星级酒店吗？答案是绝对不可能。酒店是1926年建造的，也很久没有翻新了，设备有点陈旧，但是服务不错，基本需求都能满足。 划重点，住在这边，一定要去的是他们的空中酒吧，非常有名，白天和晚上的景色都非常漂亮，周末有现场乐队，酒店客人还可以免入场费。 唯一的缺点是交通不便利，虽然位处downtown，但是是在downtown的山顶，出入没车的话爬山非常陡，适合喜欢运动的人。有车的停车费贼贵，加上税一天要65刀，约等于三分之一的房价。不需要用车的话建议停在酒店对面的公共停车场，40刀一天。 去Chinatown，Union Square步行都只要10分钟，但都是30度-40度的斜坡，去的时候是下坡，蹬蹬蹬5分钟就到了，回来的时候上坡，时间翻倍。 噹噹车就在酒店门口，三条线路都有，非常方便。非常建议购买噹噹车一日卡或几日卡，这样就可以无限搭乘，不但噹噹车路经的几个有名的景点都可以去到，还可以搭乘其他所有的市内公车。个人觉得比观光巴士要来到划算。 好累，就写到这里，希望对正在找酒店的你们有帮助。

  The room was great! I got a large room by the elevators (you can hear them run at night though). The hotel staff was amazing and the views were terrific. The morning breakfast and buffet was not my favorite but I didn't get a chance to try other meals. Rather centrally located not sure if they have parking but great stay overall!

  Top of the Mark. Fantastic. Service and drinks. Terrific amazing views of San Francisco with great friends make it an astounding experience and FUN! Crowded but worth the effort to get there. Food is pretty good too but go there for the cocktails, selfies, and views of all the bridges. Bring your best friends and have the kind of good times that you remember and want to do again. If the hotel is not sold out get a room and enjoy your next day hangover in style. Can't wait to go there again.

  This hotel is truly one of a kind. The service was great and the hotels rustic and traditional history has been captured and immortalized perfectly. The rooms are a bit small but that is what I would expect from a hotel of this age. The views of the city are amazing if your lucky enough to have a room high enough in the hotel. Food and pubs nearby are plentiful but as is normal for San Fran they are all pretty much down the hill.... trolly rides/street cars are at your door step and China town is only a few minute walk from the front of the hotel. To walk to the Pier is about a good 20 min there and 25 minutes back. Breakfast at the hotel is a but pricey but dinner and lunch are well worth the prices.
