  came here at 7:30 when they opened called yesterday afternoon for them to have my order ready. I work on forlifts daily also and Honestly I could of had this product ready in litterally 15 minutes. it is now 830 they havent even gotten my order pulled. we have a 50 million dollar a year company use this company every day and I can tell you that this is the worst service not only in interceramic but also in all the tile world do not come here and expect normal realistic timely demands to be met. expect to wait. I have to be somewhere at nine with this product so now this has impacted not only us as a customer but my customer service to my customer looks terrible because interceramic has caused me to now not meet the demands we have promised. But wait there is more the warehouse has seemed to have a stuck up attitude I have not said a word to them. like a am a burden to them. its now 840 im pulling out saw four people come in and get orders get loaded and leave. they need to remember Customers are the most important people to their business we arent just dependant on them they are dependant on us too
