  We love this bank. It has the feel of a 'small town' bank. We have always been greeted and treated with total respect and friendliness. I recommend this bank to everyone. The only drawback we have is that we do not have a debit card with HBank so there is a convenience factor, but we don't mind the drive because they are a really good bank to do business with.
